Define and design
During the define and design phase, the OCM strategy will be defined based on a thorough analysis of project stakeholders, project benefits, and organizational change readiness.
Execution & Closure
During the execution and closure phase, the implementation of the OCM strategy will be executed in alignment with the project's progress. The strategy will be adapted to changes in the project and the organization. Users and IT support staff will be trained according to their roles. At the end of the project, the benefit realization plan will be thoroughly handed over to Line of Business and IT Operations.

Organizations are often lacking resources and methods to ensure that projects are consistently well-received by the impacted end-users and other stakeholders.
The focus on fast delivery times and the strain on project resources results in change management being down-prioritized or delayed that leads to end-users not being onboarded well enough with new processes and/or systems.
When employed, OCM activities are often driven by resources that lack the necessary project understanding, resulting in end-users not being onboarded well enough with new processes and/or systems.
Strong change management paves the way for current and future changes within the organization. A well-defined and executed project OCM strategy will develop competencies beyond the project team, enable proper stakeholder assessment/management, efficient communication and defining measurable benefits that can be realized. Establishing these competencies will not only aid the current project but will result in a change management proficient organization for all changes within the area of implementation.
HERAX can ensure that the organizational transformatio efforts are carried out according to a structured and realistic change management plan, to not only improve the perception of the changes that affect the end-users, but to allow the end-users within the business to stay focused on adopting the new system or processes even after the project has ended.
HERAX will take you through the definition, design, execution, and tracking phase that any OCM strategy needs to go through.
