BSI TSM (Trial Supply Management) provides complete study material and inventory handling. BSI TSM delivers comprehensive functionalities for all aspects of trial supply management for your clinical trial: from the import of the study material items to the creation of study material stocks/orders and shipment handling to site material accountability. The shipments of the study material to the sites, or other related organizations or persons, are planned and tracked in BSI TSM and sites can place orders based on approved study material budgets. The supply information can be used for Sunshine Act reporting if required.
The system also provides the opportunity to set up material budgets on trial and site levels, create shipment documents, get alerted in case of low stock and overdue shipments, and select new sites based on available equipment. BSI TSM importantly provides an intuitive real-time overview of all study materials across all studies and the system is being constantly further developed, based on market and regulatory requirements, and in close collaboration with existing customers.
